EXCELUBE HT EP BEARING GREASE
EXCELUBE HT EP BEARING GREASEEXCELUBE HT EP BEARING GREASE are smooth/tacky, organo-clay base grease. They are formulated with anti-wear agents to provide excellent service under the severe operating condition of heavy and shock loading. Oxidation inhibitor enchance the ability of grease to withstand operating temperature up to 130°C. Rust inhibitor protect lubricated component from rust and corrosion.
The grease is available in 2 NLGI grade: 2 or 3. They have excellent handling and dispending properties at temperature down to 10°C, which means they are superior to most high-temperature greases which generally have poorer low temperature consistency and pump ability. The Grade 2,3 series greases provide superior lubrication under thin film condition, and resist displacement from highly loaded components encountered in industrial applications. Their excellent resistance to water and protection against rush make the greases well-suited to application requiring maximum protection over extended periods.
In order to maintain the performance, it completely clean or purge previously used greases from the system.
ApplicationThese greases are recommended for the lubrication of bearing operating with heavy or shock loads and at temperature up to 130C. They are suitable for lubricating cams, ways and other sliding elements. Other application include vehicles and greases components in paper mills, where both water and high temperature are encounter.
Health and SafetyBased on available toxicological information, these lubricants have little potential adverse effects on health when properly handled and used. No special precautions are suggested beyond attention to good personal hygiene, including laundering oil-soaked clothing and washing skin contact areas with soap and water.
